In this role, you will
·Using complaint resolution feedback to assess customer satisfaction.
·Reaching monthly call goals in an effective and efficient manner.
·Ensuring adherence to handling protocols and call scripts.
·Preparing reports and suggestions by analyzing survey and research data.
Qualifications
·A minimum of a bachelor's degree, ideally a master's from a university or institution recognized by HEC.
·Having a background in Islamic finance will be beneficial.
