Monetization Policy

1. Broadcrowd Premium

Premium benefits are planned to include: priority listing placement, larger file upload limits, a Premium badge on your profile, and access to detailed analytics. No charge will be made for Premium until checkout is live and a price is actively displayed to you. See our Pricing page for current availability.

2. Boost Credits

Boost credits are not currently available for purchase. Boost credits are planned to promote your posts and listings to more users in your city or category feed. The pricing below reflects planned pricing only and is subject to change before checkout goes live via Paddle.com.

• ·Once live, boost credits will be non-refundable once purchased
• ·Once live, credits will expire 90 days after purchase
• ·1 credit is planned to equal approximately 1 additional impression on your post
• ·Credits will not be transferable between accounts
• ·Boosted posts will be labelled as promoted in the feed

3. Service Credits

Service credits will be introduced when the Services feature launches. This section will be updated at that time. KYC-verified users will receive free starter credits when the feature goes live.

4. Marketplace Transactions — No Commission Currently Charged

Broadcrowd does not currently process payment for any marketplace transaction and does not charge any commission. Buyers and sellers arrange payment directly between themselves — including cash on delivery — for marketplace products, rentals, vehicles, and services. Broadcrowd's role is limited to listing discovery and an optional order-tracking tool (see our Terms of Service, Section 4) that helps both sides confirm an order was placed and delivered — it does not hold or move any funds.

If Broadcrowd introduces a commission on any transaction type in the future, this section will be updated first and existing users will be notified at least 30 days before it takes effect.

5. Creator Earnings (Video Views)

Eligible creators earn from the Broadcrowd creator programme based on verified video views.

• ·Earnings are calculated monthly and displayed in your dashboard
• ·Minimum payout threshold: PKR 2,000 / $10 USD
• ·Earnings from deleted videos are preserved in your lifetime view total
• ·Earnings are forfeited if your account is terminated for policy violations
• ·Broadcrowd may adjust the per-view rate with 30 days notice
• ·Views from accounts with detected bot activity are not counted

6. Payouts

Automated payouts are not currently active. Stripe Connect is not available to Broadcrowd at this time. Where creator earnings are payable, payouts are currently arranged manually by Broadcrowd via the methods below:

• ·Minimum payout: PKR 2,000 / $10 USD
• ·Payouts are currently reviewed and processed manually and may take longer than 7 business days while automated payouts are unavailable
• ·You are responsible for any taxes on income received from Broadcrowd
• ·Broadcrowd does not withhold tax unless required by law
• ·Payout requests can be made from the Earnings section of your dashboard
• ·This section will be updated if Stripe Connect or another automated payout method becomes available

7. Referral Programme

Refer a new user using your referral link. When they sign up and complete their first post:

• ·You receive 30 days of Broadcrowd Premium (credited to your account; usable once Premium checkout is live)
• ·You receive 500 boost credits (credited to your account; usable once boost purchases are live)
• ·The referred user receives no bonus (to prevent abuse)
• ·Maximum 10 referral rewards per account per month
• ·Rewards are forfeited if the referred account is found to be fake

8. Policy Violations & Clawbacks

Broadcrowd reserves the right to withhold or reclaim earnings in the following circumstances:

• ·Fraudulent activity, view manipulation, or bot traffic detected
• ·Content that violated our Community Rules at the time views were earned
• ·Account termination for policy violations
• ·Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by buyers
• ·Incorrect payout details provided by the creator
