Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Broadcrowd, operated by Broadcrowd("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Broadcrowd.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Broadcrowd. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using Broadcrowd, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You may not create an account if you have been previously banned from the platform or if applicable law prohibits you from using our services.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You must keep your password secure and not share it with others
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
  • You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3. User-Generated Content

Your content, your responsibility. You retain ownership of content you post on Broadcrowd. By posting, you grant Broadcrowd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform and in marketing materials.

You represent that your content:

  • Is original or you have all necessary rights and permissions to post it
  • Does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right
  • Does not contain illegal material or violate any applicable law
  • Does not violate our Community Rules (see broadcrowd.me/rules)

We may remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Rules without prior notice. Repeated violations will result in account termination.

DMCA / Copyright. Broadcrowd respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, submit a takedown notice to dmca@broadcrowd.me including: your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, a statement of good faith belief, and your signature.

4. Marketplace Listings — Direct Between Users

Broadcrowd provides a platform for users to list and discover goods, rentals, vehicles, jobs, and requests. Broadcrowd is not a party to any transaction between users and does not process payment for marketplace transactions at this time. Buyers and sellers arrange payment (including cash on delivery) and delivery logistics directly between themselves, outside of Broadcrowd.

To help both sides confirm what actually happened, Broadcrowd offers an optional in-app order tracking tool with two verification codes:

  • An order confirmation code, entered by the buyer when placing an order, confirming they placed it
  • A delivery confirmation code, entered by the seller at the point of delivery, confirming the buyer received the item

This tool creates a timestamped record to help resolve disagreements — it is not an escrow service, it does not hold or move funds, and Broadcrowd is not a guarantor of any transaction.

  • Sellers are responsible for accurate and truthful listings
  • Buyers are responsible for verifying listings and the identity of the other party before paying
  • All prices must include applicable taxes where required by law
  • Broadcrowd does not currently charge any commission or fee on marketplace transactions
  • We are not responsible for goods not delivered, defective goods, payment disputes, or fraudulent listings
  • We strongly recommend meeting in public places, using the two-code verification, and verifying identity for in-person transactions

Disputes are handled through our admin dashboard using the evidence and codes recorded during the order. We may review evidence and restrict or ban accounts found to be acting fraudulently, but we cannot compel either party to complete a transaction or issue a refund, since Broadcrowd never held the funds.

5. Paid Features

Certain optional features on Broadcrowd may be offered as paid upgrades from time to time (for example, a Premium subscription or promotional "boost" credits). Any paid feature that is currently purchasable will clearly display its price before checkout, and payment for it is processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, acting as our authorized reseller. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms on paid features.

Paid features that are not currently available for purchase are not billed, and no charge will be made for a feature that isn't live. We will announce when any paid feature becomes available or unavailable via the platform.

6. Creator Earnings

Broadcrowd may, at its discretion, run a creator earnings programme for eligible video creators, as described in our Monetization Policy. This programme is separate from Paddle-processed purchases; payouts to creators (where active) are made directly by Broadcrowd, not through Paddle. Broadcrowd reserves the right to modify or pause the creator programme with notice. Earnings are forfeit if your account is terminated for policy violations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Broadcrowd to:

  • Post illegal content including CSAM, content promoting violence, or incitement to hatred
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users or public figures
  • Post spam, phishing links, or malicious software
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
  • Manipulate views, likes, or reactions through automated means
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
  • Circumvent content moderation, bans, or platform restrictions
  • Use the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes
  • Post content that violates the privacy of others
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades platform performance

8. Disclaimers

Broadcrowd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated listings, the quality of services provided by users, or the outcome of transactions between users, which are arranged and paid for directly between the parties involved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broadcrowd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Broadcrowd, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Broadcrowd for paid features in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Broadcrowd harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Broadcrowd, your content, your marketplace transactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms.

Upon termination: your content will be removed, and earned but unpaid creator earnings will be forfeited if termination was due to a policy violation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
